Business Marketing & Development Manager
PART-TIME

Description: The Business Marketing & Development Manager will develop and implement a business plan and marketing strategy. A further key of responsibility will be recruitment of further clients and revenue development. He or she will have a high level of autonomy, backed by support from other business units and a networked corporate information system.

Some weekend and early evening shifts may be required.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

At least one year of property management and/or real estate experience are required, and the following skills are expected:
· Marketing and Sales
· Strong customer service
· Strong computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, E-mail and Internet
· Exceptional organization and time management skills required
· Criminal background investigation required
